Who We Are

Interfaith Ministries is a joint civic-ecumenical agency that combines the efforts of local businesses, civic organizations, and faith-based organizations to offer aid and compassion to individuals and families of Northern Denton County suffering from emergencies and financial setbacks. Interfaith is a non-sectarian, non-denominational agency that provides services without regard to race, sex, nationality, or creed.

Interfaith Ministries has been providing short-term financial assistance to Denton families since 1991. Assistance is coordinated with other agencies and is targeted to promote client self-sufficiency. Last year, more than 1300 families were referred to Interfaith Ministries for emergency assistance.
