Sofia is our new intake assistant. She screens and interviews applicants and clients, answers incoming phone calls, and makes referrals to other agencies. We’re excited to have her with us and are already impressed with her enthusiasm!
Sofia has over ten years of customer service and management experience. She is skilled at creative problem solving and working in groups, which will serve her well here at IFM. She holds an MBA and has a professional background involving food service management and restaurant management.
