families in order for everyone to have access to a healthy change of diapers.

- Assistance programs such as WIC, Food Stamps, or Medicare (except hospice) do
not cover diapers.
- Infants
and toddlers need diaper changes 8-12 times a day.
- Some babies are left in a single diaper per day, putting the child at risk of infection,
disease, and abuse.
