This volunteer will be responsible for coordinating all documentation concerning the receipt and disposition of donated vehicles and other items to be auctioned on behalf of Interfaith Denton Charity Cars (Interfaith Ministries of Denton, Inc.).

His/Her primary work effort will be to document each donation and sale to meet Texas State requirements, i.e., obtaining the necessary ownership transfer documents.  This volunteer should have experience working with multiple entities/agencies to accomplish a common goal.  He/She will need to be able to coordinate dialog and regulated paperwork among donors, the sponsoring auction company, buyers, and our charity sponsors.  The most important personal attribute is accuracy and attention to details.  Business experience selling used vehicles will be helpful but is not required.  The volunteer who is willing to accept this position should be able to dedicate a minimum of one day per week to this project.  Note that all monies generated through the auctioned sale of vehicles go toward funding emergency assistance to low-income individuals/families within northern Denton County.
